Description

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to complete the rehabilitation of Fire Station No. 12, as indicated on the contract documents. This project generally consists of the following work components: A. Filing of all permits required for the work; B. Installation, maintenance and removal of scaffolding, pedestrian protection structures and worker safety measures; C. Installation, maintenance and removal of temporary shoring and other structural supports; D. Professional Engineering Services to support the work of the Contractor; E. Repair existing building/chimney elements identified on the plans; F. Miscellaneous additional work as may be required.
