Description

Heritage Creek is a 425-unit residential community which will consist of 262 single-family homes, 78 triplexes, 54 duplexes and 31 townhomes. Phase 9 calls for the construction of 32 single-family homes. As of February 1, 2023, plans have been submitted to the Town of Milton, however, they have not been reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Department. A homebuilder has been selected. Subcontractor selection will be handled privately and by invitation only. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined.
