| Description | Work of this Contract comprises in general the total removal of the existing heating boiler system and domestic water heating system. The general scope of work shall include (but is not limited to) the contractor to furnish and install new space heating boilers, pumps, tanks, valves, piping and insulation required to provide a complete updated space heating boiler plant. The contractor shall also furnish and install a new domestic water heating system including heaters, pumps, tanks, valves, piping and insulation required to provide a complete updated domestic water heating system. In addition there will be new concrete pads installed and exterior insulated panels. Additional information is included on the drawings and within the specifications. Asbestos containing materials have been found within the space. |
