| Description | Providers who are interested in entering into a multi-year contract for the collection, removal and disposal of non-hazardous sludge from the City’s Water Treatment Plant. The sludge that shall be collected and disposed of consists primarily of inorganic inert material received at the plant from the City’s raw water in-stream intake system. The sludge that shall be collected is NOT classified as hazardous material and does not require special handling as such. The sludge that shall be collected is NOT the result of the treatment of sewage nor a sewage treatment process. |
