| Description | The proposed Services are generally described as follows: The receiving and disposal at an approved disposal facility of solids from the Fort Thomas Treatment Plant North Reservoir in amounts as specified upon the direction of the District on an as-needed basis for a term of one year with the option to renew the contract for an additional one-year term. Contractor is responsible for all permitting. The estimated total quantity may be up to 135,000 tons. No amount of solids disposal is guaranteed. |
