2023 Cure-In-PInce Rehabilitation of Sanitaiy Server Mains

Rehabilitation of approximately 2750 LF of 8-inch VC and AC sanitary sewer main utilizing a cure- in-place liner, as specified, including appurtenances. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Town of Jaffrey reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, to waive any formality, informality, information or errors in the bidding Security required shall be submitted with the proposal and failure to submit same may be be cause for rejection. The bidder, at their option, shall furnish a certified check, drawn by a New Hampshire bank, or bid bond as security in the amount required. Security deposited by unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as practical after the opening
