Asbestos Abatement Work for the 2022-2023 Renovation Projects - Bid Package 1, 2

The Board of Education of Maine Township High School District 207 ("Board"), will receive sealed bids for asbestos abatement work for the 2022-2023 Renovation projects. The following two Bid Packages are being solicited: Bid Package 1, Maine South High School Asbestos Abatement Bid Package 2, Maine East High School Asbestos Abatement Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bids; no late bids will be accepted. Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 5 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. The successful Contractor shall provide Labor and Material Bonds, and Performance Bonds for the work. In accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act, all bidders shall guarantee that not less than the prevailing wage will be paid to laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under the contract. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive any irregularities or technicalities in the bids. Bid Results - Maine East High School - Husar Abatement - $ 243,800.00 Maine South High School - Valor Underground Construction LLC - $ 370,000.00
