Description

Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), resurface and restripe the Gauntlet Golf Course Parking Lot (Project), located in Stafford County. The parking lot is approximately 5,665 square yards (50,985 square feet or 1.17 acres). The Project also includes grading of handicap parking spaces to provide Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance. Questions from Bidders must be received by Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Questions must be emailed to the Contracts Officer listed below. The County is not responsible for verbal clarification of information provided by parties other than staff of the Procurement Division. Stafford County reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
