Description

The PGW Richmond Plant is currently an active liquefied natural gas (LNG) and natural gas processing facility located at 3100 East Venango Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PGW has taken Gas Holder #11 out of service in spring 2021. The water used as a gas seal contained in the holder must be removed and disposed of before demolition can begin.
