| Description | Purchase and stock high use single and three-phase pad and pole mount transformers filled with ESTER OIL, on an as-needed basis including immediate delivery in the event of a catastrophic event i.e. storms, hurricane, or tornado, etc. The intent of this agreement is to assure the City has adequate transformers in reserve. The reserve quantity is equal to normal stock plus an additional forty percent (40%). |
