Door Access Control Installation

The City of Maryville is seeking bids for the replacement of existing KeyScan brand door access controls with Avigilon Access equipment at the Maryville Municipal Center, the Maryville Operations Center and Maryville Fleet Maintenance Facility. The work shall include the following: Maryville Municipal Center – 400 W. Broadway Ave.Scope includes replacement of door controllers at Municipal Center / Fire Hall with (12) Avigilon Eight door controllers and (1) expansion Eight door controller.Maryville Operations Center / Fleet Maintenance – 332 Home Ave.Scope includes the replacement of (3) existing door controllers at Operations Center and (1) at Fleet Maintenance with (3) Avigilon Eight door controllers and (2) expansion Eight door controllers All existing wire, card readers, card holder credentials, door hardware, power supplies, REX motion detectors, relays and door position switches will be connected to new system. Scope includes one-year labor warranty and 3 years on all Avigilon parts. Avigilon ACM system software is included to either be loaded on customer server or via Cloud to be determined. Scope includes the rework of a man gate outside police parking area to include replacement and relocation of exit push button, replacement of maglock with gate electric strike.
