Description

Roofing Shingles and Gutter Replacement on Buildings 195B and 195E, Washington Plant Materials Center, Pullman, Whitman County, WA Work consists of removing approximately 3,300 ft2 + 2,400 ft2 = 5700 square feet of asphalt shingles and tar paper underlayment on buildings 195B, and 195E and replacing with new underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, and asphalt shingles. Removing approximately 350 linear feet of old gutters and down spouts from buildings 195B and 195E and replacing with new gutters, downspouts, and leaf/debris guards over the top of all gutters. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. Bid and bid guarantees may only be submitted electronically due to COVID-19 restrictions. A formal bid opening will be held virtually; information is provided on page 41. A site showing will be held, the details are provided on page 38. Performance time is 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion of Work.
