Roofing Shingles and Gutter Replacement on Buildings 195B and 195E, Washington Plant Materials Center, Pullman, Whitman County, WA Work consists of removing approximately 3,300 ft2 + 2,400 ft2 = 5700 square feet of asphalt shingles and tar paper underlayment on buildings 195B, and 195E and replacing with new underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, and asphalt shingles. Removing approximately 350 linear feet of old gutters and down spouts from buildings 195B and 195E and replacing with new gutters, downspouts, and leaf/debris guards over the top of all gutters. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the bid price is required to be submitted with bids. Bid and bid guarantees may only be submitted electronically due to COVID-19 restrictions.
