| Description | The Work generally includes the milling, replacement, and sealing of existing parking lots including concrete flatwork, signage, lot striping, and minor utility work. Work also includes the development of a relocated access roadway from McNeil Avenue up to Lot 14 and revising connections to Lot 8e and Lot 10. Roadway work includes earthwork, storm drainage with detention, water quality structures, curb and gutter, guardrail, paving, and utility improvements. Lot 9 work shall include a new median strip and associated storm drainage, curb and gutter and new striping for a motorcycle training course. An Additive Bid Item is included for lighting replacements in lots/locations defined on the Drawings. |
