| Description | Removal and disposal of trees and stumps noted on the attached plans, at a nearby DEC property. Site grading and excavation Construction of a new concrete foundation for a new modular building. Modular Building to be obtained under a separate contract. Backfill, compaction, rough grading. Installation of stormwater control measures. Removal and disposal of approximately 210 feet of asbestos pipe wrap insulation and 15 feet of muddled asbestos insulation in existing building. Removal and disposal of 500 gallon existing fuel oil tank (empty). Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing office building. Installation of granite curbing, a new porous asphalt parking lot and striping. Installation of new sidewalks. Construction of new handicap walkway and stairs, and final site grading. Electrical hookups to the building. Other minor site and construction work as described in the specifications.
