| Description | UPPER ROOF a. Remove existing spray foam insulation, gravel, and gypsum down to roof deck. b. County Highway Department trucks will be provided to remove and dispose of waste material at no expense to the contractor. c. New roof will withstand 3-inch hail and 110 mph winds. d. Install polyisocyanurate insulation adhered to roof deck with an R-value of 30 or more. e. Inspect roof deck for punch list and negotiate repairs if any. f. Roof will carry a minimum 20-year total system manufacturer/factory warranty along with 5-year installation warranty. |
