Description

This project includes the construction of a parking lot expansion that serves the Marysville City Hall building. Site improvements will include demolition of the existing pavement, proposed pavement, parking striping, lighting, landscaping, and storm sewer. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bids must include payment of wages at prevailing wage rates pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (ORC), Section 4115-15 and shall comply with the provisions, duties and obligations of ORC Section 4115.
