Environmental Consulting Services – Hazardous Materials

Specifications for the work to be performed are contained in the contract attached to this RFP as Attachment B. These services include the performance of environmental consulting and investigation services. Services to be provided include all non-engineering related work necessary to complete hazardous materials initial environmental site assessments, Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, risk-based assessment investigations and evaluations, preventive action/corrective action plans, and project oversight for impacts to TxDOT facilities and ROW statewide. Proposers that are awarded contracts are expected to utilize TxDOT’s contracted third party laboratory services for laboratory services not covered by these contracts.
