Repair Wastewater Treatment Systems

The 172d Airlift Wing of Mississippi will award a single firm fixed price contract for Construction Services necessary to Repair Wastewater Treatment Systems, Project # LRXQ212503 for Mississippi Air National Guard 172nd Airlift Wing located in Flowood, MS. The requirement is for non-personal services to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance and supervision necessary to Repair Wastewater Treatment Systems at Building 235 and Building 237. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, methods and devices necessary to repair the wastewater treatment systems for Bldg 235 & Bldg 237. This includes the removal of the existing wastewater treatment system at the Corrosion Control Hangar, Bldg 235, and installing a new oil/water separator (OWS) and pump. All components of the existing wastewater treatment system (inside, outside, above ground and below ground) will be removed. The concrete pavement and dike will be removed to allow removal of the below ground components. A new manhole will be installed at intersection of existing trench drain piping and a new 6 inch concrete slab will be installed inside the fenced area after all underground work is complete. Also included is the replacement of the existing OWS and installing a new OWS and pump at the Fuel Cell Hangar, Bldg 237.
