Project Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide electrical power to upgrade existing equipment as well as initially established new equipment. Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials to support operation to include electrical wire, conduit, hangers, wall mounts, power disconnect box and other routine industry standard sundries. Contractor is required to meet Local, State and Federal Building Codes and requirements IAW 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 (OSHA General and Construction Laws, specifically 1926.1427)". The work will be conducted during normal day shift hours at Bldg. 6263. The estimated Period of for this project is 75 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The subject project of construction in accordance with FAR 36.204(b) Between $25,000 and $100,000. Alternate protections or bonding requirements are anticipated under the of this project. The contractor is to include any required alternate protections anticipated based upon their proposed pricing as prescribed in FAR 28.102-3 and IAW FAR 52.228-13 if applicable. Project : This project is located at Bldg. 6263 on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson (JBER), Alaska. A pre-proposal is planned and will be held on Friday, 08 September 2023, at 10:00 AM AKT. Parties will meet in front of Building 6263. All questions are due by Monday, 11 September 2023, 10:00 AM AKT. All quotes are due by Friday, 15 September 2023, 10:00 AM AKT.
