Exterior finishes include stone veneer, metal siding and "wood-look" horizontal aluminum siding, with a TPO roof on the Club Building and standing-seam metal roof on the gymnasium. Interior finishes include impact resistant gypsum board on metal studs, lay-in acoustical ceilings and ceiling clouds, polished concrete, luxury vinyl plank flooring and hard-rock maple gymnasium flooring. The building will include a complete fire sprinkler system, and packaged rooftop HVAC systems serving this non-combustible construction structure. Site landscaping, landscape irrigation, paving and lighting are included in the project. All bids must be in the hands of the Owner no later than the time specified above.
