Replacement of A/C Units in BOP

1. Remove and replace 1 existing Roof Top Unit- #3 from its current location. Replace with new Carrier Brand 4 Ton Brand 50FC-A05A2A6 - 4 Ton 460 Volt 3 Phase 60Hz. 2. Duct work to be sealed at unit connection, properly terminate low and high voltage power requirements for new systems, run drains, start up and log equipment. Include new Hail Guards, condenser coil, Electric Heater 11.5kw, fresh air manual air dampers and new curb adapter as per manufacturer’s recommendations for unit size, weight, and windstorm. 3. Existing thermostat to be replaced with new digital programmable thermostat specified by manufacturer. 4. No Substitutions allowed, awarded contractor to provide all materials and crane equipment necessary to complete a turnkey installation. A one (1)-year warranty for parts, one (1)-year warranty for labor and five (5)-year compressor manufacturers limited warranty to be included.
