| Description | It is the intent of the Town to evaluate all proposals and be prepared to recommend an award at the September 18, 2023 Board of Commissioner’s meeting. ADA Door Upgrades The Scope of Work includes the installation, permit fees, and all materials to ensure that each door is properly fit into place, and is ADA compliant. Each door will require an interior and exterior control button. All control buttons can be either direct wired or wireless The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and negotiate with any source, in any manner necessary, deemed to be in its best interest. The Town reserves the right to reject any proposals or parts of proposals. The Town also reserves the right to waive any irregularities, inconsistencies, or take what other action is appropriate as determined by the Town to be in the best interest of the Town. |
