Description | Front Street (Both Sides); East Street (West Side); Main Street (Both Sides); Main Street (West Side); Center Street (Both Sides); Madison Street (East Side); Jefferson Street (Both Sides); Monroe Street (Both Sides); Washington Street (Both Sides); Market Street (Both Sides); Mulberry Street (Both Sides). The power washing of sidewalks will accomplish the following: • Removal of dirt and stains • Removal of human and animal waste stains • Removal offood waste stains • Removal of graffiti on sidewalks • Removal of gum and other substances/objects that may stick to sidewalk surfaces • Provide own source of water for the washing • Reclamation of all power wash water • Sidewalk shall be washed with high pressure washer (2,000 psi minimum) • Pressure washers shall be able to attain a minimum temperature of 160 degrees • Inlet grates shall be free from debris when completed • No mechanical cleaning devices shall be driven on the sidewalks • No harmful products should be used during power washing sidewalks as state by Federal, State, Regional and City of Bloomington storm water waste regulations. |
