Demo and remove existing Basketball courts. New Construction: Civil: Perform all civil work as required on Civil drawings. Slab: Provide slab and footing for new basketball court and pavilion per architectural drawings. Building: Construct new metal building frames and roofs per manufacturer Construct new CMU pavilion walls per architectural drawings. Wall Treatments: Paint all walls Ceilings: Ceilings open to roof – per architectural drawings Floors: Seal and Paint concrete. Paint basketball courts per park & rec dept. Electrical: Provide and install all electrical per Electrical drawings Plumbing: Provide and install all plumbing fixture and ADA fixture per Architectural and MEP drawings to include: Construction of three new ADA compliant restroom with one toilet & one lav and required Grab bars Construction of chase room with one janitor sink
