PN-67165 Scope of Work: Replace all heating system victaulic plumbing fittings with welded pipe site wide. The project square footage is 56,481. Remove and replace drywall as needed. New drywall, texture and paint to match existing. Bid Bonds, upon request, or deposits of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon signing of Contract, or within forty-five (45) days from bid date, whichever is earlier.
