First Floor Classroom Air Conditioning Improvements

Work of this Contract is comprised of providing air conditioning improvements at the North Kingstown High School as follows: 1. Base Bid - Provide air conditioning (A/C) improvements throughout the classroom and art wing spaces as indicated in the Construction Documents (Drawings and Specifications). A. The contractor must provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction for the Owner, including all incidental work as required or described in the contract documents. B. The selected Contractor shall be responsible for pre-ordering and storing all new interior and exterior equipment well prior to the start of construction scheduled for June 2022. The contractor shall include in their bid all costs associated with the storage of all equipment in a secure off-site facility and the delivery of the units to the site when the project is ready to receive the equipment to be installed in/on the existing building.
