NHH Fume Exhaust Redesign and Installation

As of December 29, 2022, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. The Board of Regents of the University of Minnesota (the "University") is requesting Proposals to provide construction services for replacement of exhaust fans in Nils Hasselmo Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus (the "Project"). Facilities Management has experienced a declining function of the exhaust fans in the penthouse of Nils Hasselmo Hall (NHH). We are currently unable to continually maintain these original exhausts fans due to unavailability of parts and component failures. These fans are original to the building and have exceeded their useful life. Construction Services for replacement of exhaust fans in Nils Hasselmo Hall, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. Refer to the Request for Proposal documents (found in the Attachments tab) for full project details/requirements. The University requires the Project to be substantially complete by no later than August 31, 2023.
