Description Disconnect and remove the air handling unit (AHU) HV-2 on the ground floor and the associated DX cooling condensing unit on the roof in Barton Lab, at Cornell AgriTech on the Geneva Campus. (15 Castle Creek Drive) Patch EPDM roofing. Provide and install new replacement air handling unit in the same location. New unit to utilize existing hot glycol for heating coil, and existing chilled glycol for cooling coil. Tap into building chilled water loop and run piping from next room. Connect the new AHU with existing zone ductwork in fan room. Provide and install dampers and flow stations in each zone as specified.
