The building envelope consist of galvalume metal roof and wall panels on 2 sides. major components of the work consist of site grading, drilled shafts, reinforced concrete piers, pre-engineered metal structure and bollards. B. Perform Work of Contract under Lump Sum Total cost contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract.
