J012--Lyons VA Medical Center Sprinkler System Repair

This requirement is for Sprinkler Repair of building 1 for both New Jersey Campus, Lyons Veterans Medical Facility. The contactor needs to provide all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to make necessary repairs to the sprinkler main. The contractor shall complete the following tasks: a) Contractor with the assistance of the VA Lyons fire department secure the sprinkler system associated with the sprinkler needing repairs in building one. b) The Contractor will sister Lock out and tag out all valves associated with the repairs. c) The contractor will remove a 6”x 4”x 6” cats Tee, 6” grooved sprinkler pipe flange to flange, 4” mechanical fitting, 4” grooved pipe, and groove lock fittings. d) Contractor will install NEW 6”x 4”x 6” cats Tee, 6” grooved sprinkler pipe flange to flange, 4” mechanical fitting, 4” grooved pipe, and groove lock fittings. e) Contractor will remove all lock out and tag out equipment and will pressure test with assistance of VA Fire department. f) Contractor will remove all debris for job site
