| Description | The work includes felling and removing all designated salvage timber which may be dead, dying, damaged, or green. Storm damaged timber may be either broken, downed, or leaning more than 30 degrees from vertical. Areas for salvage will be designated by the Government Technical Representative and clearly marked with surveyor’s flagging. Trees with flagging are not to be removed. All labor, materials and/or equipment necessary for the completion of the contract including loading, shall be furnished by the Purchaser |
