| Description | 1. The complete house including any attached porches and/or decking should be demolished and disposed of properly. 2. Foundation holes must be regraded and/or filled. 3. The area should be clean and safe for foot traffic when demolition is finished. Top layer of soil should be adequate to grow grass. A conservation mix and mulch should be applied. Erosion control measures should be implemented during demolition. 4. Care should be taken to minimize the impact on Valley Street Brook flowing along the rear of the property, and upon the stonework maintaining the channel of the brook. |
