As-Needed HMA Testing in MDOT Lab in Gladstone Michigan

Location: Superior Region M&T Testing Lab 816 Clark Drive Gladstone, MI 49837 Provide complete testing services for all the following: Aggregate, Concrete, Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), and/or other Materials, as needed and requested by the Project Manager for the MDOT Superior Region. This work includes: 1)Completion of all Quality Assurance (QA) Testing requirements and any other Testing, for the above-mentioned items, as directed. 2)Completion of all paperwork necessary for the project files. 3)Testing services will be needed for one full time tester a minimum of 40 hours per week for three separate construction seasons. 1) May 9, 2022 - October 28, 2022. 25 Weeks 2) May 8, 2023 - October 27, 2023. 25 Weeks 3) May 6, 2024 - October 25, 2024. 25 Weeks 4) A second tester will be needed for a minimum of 40 hours per week for the three separate construction seasons. 1) July 11,2022 - October 14, 2022. 14 Weeks 2) July 10,2023 - October 13, 2023. 14 Weeks 3) July 8, 2024 - October 11, 2024. 14 Weeks 5) The Consultant shall work under the direction of the applicable designee by the Project Manager.
