Description The project's primary scope is to remove 2 steam boilers, breeching containing asbestos, heat exchangers, ancillary equipment and to be replaced with new cast iron hot water boilers and associated pumps. Also included but not limited to the scope of work is the demolition of an air handing unit in the penthouse, associated ductwork, piping and installation of new air handling unit, return fan, ductwork and piping. There is additional asbestos abatement on the roof, roofing penetrations for boiler breeching, installation of a new unit heater, and expansion tank.
