Description

1. To review and provide recommendations to the entire EPC “Phase 2” projects, (consisting of the Phase 1 refinancing and the Phase 2 components) to ensure that the entire project is properly managed, completed within budget and in compliance with HUD regulations. 2. Provide a cost reasonableness report for any ECMs that will be paid by the additional $1.2M in new construction funding. 3. Review all plans and specifications created by Ameresco, Inc. 4. Review and recommend all materials to be used • Coordinate all services provided with WHA Project Manager(s) 5. Review and recommend all safety plans and measures submitted by Ameresco, Inc. 6. Perform monthly job site meetings and weekly phone calls with the WHA Project Manager(s) to ensure that the desired quality of workmanship, proper materials and schedules of each ECM’s completion is adhered to by Ameresco, Inc. and its contractors.
