| Description | The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit and select the total lowest-cost bidder to provide precast fascia work for the City of Murfreesboro Water Resources Department at 2032 Blanton Drive. 1. Remove aggregate stone on fascia around entire building. 2. Install new lathing and secure as necessary to ensure stability of new brick. 3. Install new brick in place of aggregate stone. 4. Match brick and mortar as closely as possible. 5. Remove all waste material and existing panels. Construction dumpster provided by the City. 6. Furnish and install veneer ties as appropriate. 7. Final detergent cleaning of new masonry. |
