Description

The Work to be constructed hereunder is located in the Borough of New Columbus, Luzerne County, PA and consists of Making the following repairs on Valley View Road: Cutting the shoulder on both sides of the road, followed by a 1.5" overlay of 9.5mm Superpave HMA, followed by shoulder backup using 2a aggregate then sprayed with a prime coat oil.
