The specifications for tee renovation are per the following: • Strip and dispose of existing turf – haul to on-sight dump area • Excavation – Shape tees to the vision of Tee Renovation Project Manager as demonstrated by attached preliminary tee box design • Laser grade subgrade • Install ADS 4-inch perforated drainage in top of tee area • Haul and install a consistent 6-inch layer of rootzone mix over tee top area • Realign irrigation system to provide adequate coverage of tee boxes (5 to 6 new heads per hole) Provide all required materials. • Laser level tee box limits • Fine grade and prepare for Bentgrass seed or sod • Grassing, seed or sod
