Description

Work of the Project includes demolition and removal of existing components serving the 20,902 SF facility and the installation of a new HVAC system, new duct work, fresh air system and electrical and plumbing as required for the installation of the system as well as exterior concrete pads and wood fence screening. Some selective demolition and infill of existing walls, touch up paint, removal and reinstallation of existing ACT ceiling tiles into new suspended ceiling grid in select areas and are also included in the work.
