Description | 261049-00 Rehabilitate Sinclair Hall The scope of the Project includes renovation of Sinclair Hall, a 43,171 GSF, two-story, concrete and masonry building. A new approximately 30'x80' building addition will be located on the north face of the existing building. The exterior renovation will include masonry repair & repointing, rainscreen panels and replacement of all glazing. The interior renovation includes abatement, new interior finishes, modifications to stair and floor openings, in-fill of existing pit and slab depression, plumbing, sprinklers, fire alarm and IT/telecom provisions. The HVAC systems will be completely replaced and will include dedicated outdoor air units, fan coil units, air handling units and ground source heat pumps with an associated well field. 26X325-01 Center for Computer Science and Information Technology Systems The scope of the Project includes construction of approximately 50,000 gross square foot new building to house the academic Division of Computing as well as modernized classrooms, a student collaboration space, and innovation computer labs. The building will also include space for regional business engagement and for workforce IT training for Long Island. The project will meet SUNY's energy and carbon reduction goals and the 2020 New York State's Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act.
