Description

Pre-qualifying packages are being accepted on the above project for: General contractor to repair and renovate a three (3) story house on the National Historic Register which is being used as offices for the Lt Governor. The project scope includes the building exterior only, and will include repair and cleaning of brick masonry, repair/replacement of select architectural woodwork and related structural elements, repair/ replacement of select roof areas, and demolition and replacement of existing internal and exterior gutters and downspouts.
