Description | Reference Number 0000318091 The Town of Severance is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the purpose of conducting a 2023 town-wide Street Pavement Condition Assessment and 5-year Optimization, Preservation, and Rehabilitation Plan (Pavement Management Plan). Using automated techniques through use of a vehicle equipped with sensors, laser scanners, ground penetrating radar, and falling weight deflectometers, the selected Consultant shall analyze both surface and subsurface distresses and potential base and subbase failures. ASTM D 6433 (Standard Practices for Roads and Parking Lots Pavement Condition Index Surveys) shall be considered in the pavement distress identification process. Future pavement condition assessment shall be predicted based on automated captured data, with a plan to help mitigate deterioration using an optimized budget plan (5-year Pavement Management Plan). |
