The Work of the Contract consists of: 1. Demolition of remaining components and fixtures. 2. New partition framing, subfloor and underlayment. 3. New Concrete floor infill. 4. New rough plumbing, new exhaust fan and rough electric. 5. New drywall and tile board. 6. New casework, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures. 7. New flooring and painting. 8. New toilet accessories. 9. New Residential Kitchen Appliances. 10. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless Specifically indicated not to be done. 11. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 12. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
