Description

The site is +/- 0.45 acres and is a residential lot owned by the City of Dalton at 915 Brookwood Drive. The existing structure on the site will be demolished by the Owner prior to the start of work. The Contractor will be responsible for the excavation of a pond to provide additional flood storage for the backwater of Tar Creek. Approximately 0.51 acres will be disturbed during construction.
