South Devils Lake Drive, of 35 tenths of a mile with 2-1/2 inch warm mix asphalt 20' wide with some areas to be up to 25' wide, 2% slope in most areas, some areas to be sloped to north side of road. Road to be paved east into the cul-de-sac.
