Burtridge Waterline Replacement Project

The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's Date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on public improve determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. The bid form and all line items on the bid form must be completed in full. Vendors should take notice that the awarded contract will be paid for, in whole or in part, by the County's American rescue plan funds. As a result, federal contracting/ procurement requirements imposed by the federal Uniform Guidance for grant awards will apply. This will result in the use of a standardized agreement/ contract as set forth in these documents. No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening thereof. The Village of Granville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Granville.
