Locust Street CSO Elimination & Water Main Replacement Phases 4 & 5

The proposed work to be performed in the City of Bloomington along Moore Street, Jackson Street, Mercer Avenue, Grant Road, Patterson Drive, Seville Road, and Taylor Street includes storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water main improvements; pavement removal and replacement; pavement patching; curb and gutter, driveway, and sidewalk removal and replacement; restoration of disturbed turf areas; and other work necessary to complete the construction as shown in the plans and required by the special provisions. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award. Question Deadline 05/04/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Consultants must provide proof of conformance with any applicable Federal/State/Local permits, licenses, certifications, etc., as stated in the scope of work/specifications section. It is the Consultant's responsibility to inquire about requirements of performing the job with the requesting department contact person.
