Description

The new Dixie State West Stadium Expansion project will provide a new skybox structure with state-of-the-art press box and event operations facilities, a variety of premier seating opportunities including private suites, loge seating, club seating and a club lounge. To further cement the Football Program’s Division I status, this project will equip the school with new athletic training facilities, an updated football team locker room, team lounge, and equipment issue spaces. The skybox structure also includes two additional levels of athletics offices and team meeting rooms. The fan experience will be enhanced by an updated entry plaza, new ticketing and merchandising building, stadium fencing, and prominent branding that will be visible from I15. The scope of this project is intended to be broken out into alternates to meet budgetary restraints, which will determine which of the project elements will be constructed in this first phase. Project square footage inclusive of all additive alternates comprises approximately 55,000 sf. These new exciting facilities will increase student athlete recruitment, boost the fan experience and strengthen the University’s stature and prominence within the region.
