River Drive Reconstruction

We have a project to bid for the City of Three Rivers - River Drive Reconstruction. The project includes the resurfacing of approximately 1,730' of road with HMA and HMA millings including construction of an 850' long, 14'-wide one-way segment with HMA millings surface, HMA millings base, and a parking bumpout; concrete curb and gutter, surface restoration, and tree planting along the riverbank. The project also includes 4,000' of sanitary sewer CIPP and manhole lining, sanitary lateral cleanout and reinstatement, bypass pumping, and all related work. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bids will be accepted only from Plan Holders of Record. In order to be a Plan Holder of Record Bidding Documents must be obtained from the Issuing Office. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Three Rivers reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Three Rivers.
