Description

The Township of Chippewa, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, will accept sealed bids for the collection, removal and disposal of garbage, rubbish, bulky waste and designated recyclable materials Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in favor of the Township of Chippewa in the amount specified in the Contract Documents. No proposal may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the same has been filed with the Township. The Township of Chippewa reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any technical defects, and to accept or reject any proposal or combination of proposals that it may deem to be best for the interest of the Township and its residents.
